Here, where Hamburg is being built anew on the Elbe, we carry on the barber in HafenCity you may know from the city centre: haircuts, beard care and wet shaves, plus advice that does not follow a template.

Getting here
Überseeboulevard links the homes, shops and offices of the Überseequartier. The U4 stops right at Überseequartier, only a few stops from Jungfernstieg. On foot the Elbphilharmonie is close by, as are the waterside promenades and the Traditional Ship Harbour.
HafenCity is a district of wide views and clean edges. Whoever gets up from our chair steps into an area where it is easy to stay another hour after the appointment, for a coffee on the quay or a walk through the Speicherstadt next door.

History
HafenCity is Hamburg’s youngest district, and we have been there since 2018. Eric:Barbier arrived just as the area began to fill up, and has grown with it. The shop is our second location and has developed into a house of its own.
Over the years the range here has grown: alongside men’s haircuts and beard care it now includes women’s cuts and hair-structure conversions. If you want advice on hair structure, this is the right location. Anyone who just wants a clean everyday outline gets the same care as for an elaborate transformation.
The standard is the same everywhere: we take the time a cut needs and only send you home once you like what you see in the mirror. The grooming products from the chair are yours to try and take along.
